So we were having trouble opening our door and we wet downstairs to see if they could help us . 6 mins til 6.00 pm and she had already locked the door . We tried getting her att just to ask a quick question and she pretended that she didn’t see USA d walked away. When we stepped away she came back out to punch out . Customer service at it’s finest
This very helpful female employee was kind, and a few days ago, shegot me into a new unit very quickly! I’ve been a cube smart customer a long time, and this is my best customer experience so far. Give her a raise! Thanks J Conn
Excellent customer service (kudos to Melisa). Reasonable prices. Well lighted and clean. Appears to be secure. If anticipating a tight fit, may be better to measure the exact dimensions of a specific unit as that may vary bit.

This is a nice, clean self storage facility with really reasonable rates. It's been very easy to get in and out and the access times are also really good. The only thing I wish was different was better access control to the property. Other units I've rented have closed sites with cameras to monitor anyone coming and going.. This facility is open to passersby, both vehicular and pedestrian. And parking off San Pedro with folks walking by makes me want to not leave one load in the bed of the truck while I take one cart into th... read more
