Well here's an update.With exception from Arturo and Angel in the front who have been very helpful.But the insurance we pay for doesn't cover anything.There is a beetle infestation on the 3rd floor the gentlemen in the front said it was from another unit having deer feed and all my stuff got ruined couches,clothes ,bed and furniture was all. infested.The lady from the insurance said it's not considered damaged and told me it could be wiped off.Were not talking about one or two were talking about hundreds.So my loss was over ... read more

So we were having trouble opening our door and we wet downstairs to see if they could help us . 6 mins til 6.00 pm and she had already locked the door . We tried getting her att just to ask a quick question and she pretended that she didn’t see USA d walked away. When we stepped away she came back out to punch out . Customer service at it’s finest

Huge thank you to Angel, he was super helpful and as a first time using storage space with no knowledge, he was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions! I’d definitely recommend whoever needs extra storage to go with him! 10/10!

Excellent customer service (kudos to Melisa). Reasonable prices. Well lighted and clean. Appears to be secure. If anticipating a tight fit, may be better to measure the exact dimensions of a specific unit as that may vary bit.

This extra space storage facility is very clean and organised. The staff person working in the front named Angel helped me out a lot with all of the concerns and questions I had. He was very kind and helpful, so that I left with no problems. Thank you for that.
