I’ve been searching far and wide for a long, wide unit for my business over the past few months. Many self-storage facilities advertise “wide units,” only to surprise you with two or three smaller units next to each other, separated by walls—which obviously does not equal a true wide unit. CubeSmart actually had the long and wide unit I needed, exactly as advertised. The rates I received were also excellent. It was easy to reserve the unit. A rep and a store manager called once I paid for the unit. Details were sent to my email. Easy to access unit. My first visit it took a while for me to understand how the units were labeled but a map was provided that helped me find the unit. Overall the process was super easy.
I would like to let u know about all about Pete Johnson. He is very polite towards his customer. He take the time to show us around and explains everything about the company.
Pete is dependable and reliable. He is a good guy with his good natured way of speaking to me when asking about the storage units. The facility is nice and clean. It's a pleasant experience every time I have to go there.
The staff have been very helpful, knowledgeable, and generous across the two locations I’ve visited. Also the storage units themselves are very clean and well taken care of. Checking in is never a hassle. ***Update*** DO NOT STORE HERE!! I’ve been here for 4 years and I’ll start by saying the first 2 years were as great as I stated early on in my initial review.
