Pete and Theresa were the best. Great service and always friendly and helpful. I hate this CubeSmart was sold out to Extra Space.
After the fact, I found out that this location, where I have a storage unit was acquired by Extra Space. I totally panicked not knowing what may have happened to my things. CubeSmart put me through the wringer and dropped me like a bad habit without notice. I said all that to say that once I was given the new contact information, I reached out ready to throw blows. lol. I’ve been searching far and wide for a long, wide unit for my business over the past few months. Many self-storage facilities advertise “wide units,” only to surprise you with two or three smaller units next to each other, separated by walls—which obviously does not equal a true wide unit. CubeSmart actually had the long and wide unit I needed, exactly as advertised. The rates I received were also excellent.
