It had been a LONG time since I had received such courteous and professional service from any business as I received from John, the manager at this location. I had made 2 cancelations on previous dates due to negotiations with the buyer of my home. I thought for sure John would want nothing to do with me or my constant changes. John is a very attentive and focused manager and has been very supportive of all my needs. He treats me like a real person, not just a customer with an access code. The storage units are good sizes and clean. The staff are professional and very informative when giving you options on the storage units available. I would recommend this storage place to others. You can store your items here and feel safe. Thank you for the great service and help.

Brian was super helpful with the check-in process! He was constantly checking to ensure that all facilities were clean and secure. I would recommend this place to anyone. My penske truck broke down and he laid out where to park help guide the tow truck drivers where to park and the easiest way to unload everything.
