John was amazing to work with! He answered all of my questions thoroughly and made the whole process so easy for me. It was very clear how above and beyond he goes to provide great customer service!
Brian was super helpful with the check-in process! He was constantly checking to ensure that all facilities were clean and secure. I would recommend this place to anyone. My penske truck broke down and he laid out where to park help guide the tow truck drivers where to park and the easiest way to unload everything.
During the property transfer from Cubesmart to Extra Space, Cubesmart lost my rental information, which led to some confusion when signing my new lease with Extra Space. Fortunately, the site manager, John, really went above and beyond to help me out and make things right despite the fault lying with another company. I really appreciated that :)
Great experience overall. The manager was very friendly and extremely helpful, making the registration process quick and easy. The facility feels very safe and well managed. I really appreciate the help and the level of security. Highly recommended.
