I called to ask a few questions but ended up paying for my storage. From my phone call with the representative who was so nice very helpful and made me feel like family to the site personnel I was impressed. The facility is huge and very nice. I would definitely recommend! I love it here.

Very upset that someone broke into the storage unit and I’ve only been here 3 days and this happens. Very upset that you all don’t respond quickly when there’s an emergency when a lock is broken and it needs to be replaced. I’ve called and waiting several hours also waited for a police officer to make a report.
