I’ve been renting with Extra Space Storage since March, and although we had a little mishap along the way, everything was handled professionally. Hope was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was kind, patient, and very professional, and she took the time to get everything worked out for me. I truly appreciate her excellent customer service and the way she made sure everything was resolved. Thank you, Hope, for turning a stressful situation into a positive experience! I highly recommend this location.
We had a completely pain-free experience here, and we would definitely use them again if needed. Easy access to the facility via Bluetooth through their mobile app. The storage unit itself was clean and easily accessible.
Was very easy to aquire space and set up payments. Storage space was clean and lock was waiting inside unit. Very pleased.
Great customer service! Wally helped with everything that I needed and made sure that I had everything I needed before we got off the phone so that way it would be a quick access when I move my stuff into storage!
