I put my stuff in storage with the trust that it would be safe, especially since it was a brand new facility. However, my stuff was not safe due to faulty ventilation equipment. This caused all of my items in my unit to developed mold and mildew. All or most of my items will need to be thrown away, replaced or washed and sanitized. I am being told that my items are only worth $500 and that is all I will be receiving. Not acceptable. Renting a storage locker at ExtraStorage Space location 1500 Prospect Road, Lake St Louis, Missouri has been agreat experience. The facility is always clean, well kept, and secure. It is run by a friendly and knowledgeable staff who are easy-going and always helpful. Staff are on-site everyday but Sunday, and Access Hours are everyday from 6:00AM to 10:00PM via secure code. I would heartily recommend this location for those needing either short- or long-term storage.

Melissa and Jenny were amazing! They helped me do a transfer, made sure I had the best deal!! Facility was very clean and welcoming. If you need a storage unit this is your place.

Absolutely amazing. Never had any issues and Melissa was very helpful throughout the whole process. Getting set up and moving out very seamless. Selling point is definitely the carts they provide to help with moving in and out, very nice touch. Highly recommend

Melissa Whitelaw was absolutely 💯 amazing. She went above and beyond for me and helped me in more ways then she could or should have. Whatever she is being paid it's not enough, give this woman a raise!! I would definitely recommend her!!!
