I put my stuff in storage with the trust that it would be safe, especially since it was a brand new facility. However, my stuff was not safe due to faulty ventilation equipment. This caused all of my items in my unit to developed mold and mildew. All or most of my items will need to be thrown away, replaced or washed and sanitized. I am being told that my items are only worth $500 and that is all I will be receiving. Not acceptable. Absolutely amazing. Never had any issues and Melissa was very helpful throughout the whole process. Getting set up and moving out very seamless. Selling point is definitely the carts they provide to help with moving in and out, very nice touch. Highly recommend
Melissa Whitelaw was absolutely 💯 amazing. She went above and beyond for me and helped me in more ways then she could or should have. Whatever she is being paid it's not enough, give this woman a raise!! I would definitely recommend her!!!
