Very clean, spacious, and ease of access location. We were helped by Ivan who went above and beyond in making sure we had everything we need and thoroughly answered all of our questions professionally. He demonstrated how to use the app and even walked us to the unit we rented. Do recommend getting a unit or space from here.
I am so excited! I chose BestBox Storage. Moving is already stressful enough, but Lexa made the move so much easier for me and my family. This place is clean and affordable. Customer service is a plus. Thanks again!
If I could give this place negative stars, I absolutely would. Over the course of a year, the rate hikes have been outrageous, with no clear justification. Worse yet, my unit was broken into with ease .. unsurprising given the complete lack of security on the premises. The surveillance system appears to be either non-functional or laughably outdated .. seriously, are they using potatoes for cameras?
