Beware, security gate never work, its always in the up position. They just increased the rates $35 a month! I've never seen an increase like that. I've previously contacted them about getting another unit, guy looks around their system, can't find anything, then said call ya right back. never heard from him again. Our unit had sooo much bird poop and nests in it, No one is ever at the office.
I've been with best box in Union Missouri for quite a few years now and Wally is amazing anything I need any anything at all all I have to do is call him and he does his best to do it
Unit had motor oil seeping out of the floor i had to cover it so it did not ruin my things. Then what started as a reasonable price per month ended with TWO increases in less than a year. Wish I had gone with multiple units by a locally owned company instead of this large unit.
Wally was awesome, made my check in very easy and answered all my questions patiently. Highly recommend
Walled, was very helpful and got me right to the unit. A lot faster and easier for us this year to rent a unit
