What a terrific experience I’ve had at Self Storage Plus! James and Justin took exceptional care of me—I was setup and in my unit within minutes. I was also impressed with the cleanliness and security of the facilities. What a relief to find such a nice place so close to home!
I stumbled upon the storage unit by accident, but let me tell you my experience there was wonderful. I met a young gentleman outside who helped me right off the back when I explained to him my situation, he was polite through this whole ordeal. Not to mention I love how this place is clean, it smells good. customer service and the manager are wonderful. I thank you very much from my experience there. I would recommend this storage facility to all people.
On top of continuously raising prices over the last few years, we came recently and the automatic entry said our access code no longer worked. They do not answer the phones or emails during business hours to address questions as to why, even though our payments are up to date. If you need to be able to access your storage unit when you need it, go somewhere else. We will be taking our business elsewhere.
Be warned that the rate you get might go up by over 30% after a few months! Reasons: “increased cost of operation” My 10x15 ft unit rate was increased from $189 to $285/month after 5 months. It feels like a landlord increasing rent mid year due to inflation! Price Gouging and the branch said they could do nothing about it! The units though are clean and air conditioned but price gouging is in their business model!
