Great experience at Extra Space Storage. Super easy to reserve a unit online, with a generous discount for doing so. The app is fantastic, with Bluetooth access to open doors instead of manually entering a string of numbers on the keypad. Facility is absolutely spotless! Staff there (shout out to Tom!) was super friendly and helpful when I had questions on move in day. Highly recommend!
I have never used storage space before but even looking at other spaces, I chose this one because it's brand new and super clean! Tom is very helpful, and I really like the facility. It's air conditioned, easy to get around, spacious, clean, and secure. So lucky they decided to move to this area!

Michelle was very wonderful! She was able to call us to check out the unit and review the lease ASAP. She was incredibly helpful, gave us so much insight about packing our space. She even put us in a unit closer to the drive thru garage to help us unload with ease. Absolutely wonderful!!
