Travis the Asst. Manager had me signed up in less than 10 minutes. Very efficient. I appreciate that the office is manned. It is not just a kiosk.
The Extra Space Storage staff are awesome! I visited my storage unit today to confirm everything is set for my upcoming move. The Store Manager, Joseph Ditomasso, was especially helpful in discussing the steps to take if an additional unit is needed on Sunday when staff are not on site. Also, when Joseph wasn’t available as I had an issue with locking the storage unit, Travis, from a nearby site assisted. He was so patient and kind. Great customer service by both Joseph and Travis!
I went into the office today and received exceptional customer service! He was so polite and answered every question that I had and showed me my unit and how to work everything. It is the cleanest and nicest storage facility that I have seen in a long time. I am so glad that I choose this place!!
