I had a stellar experience with US Storage from start to finish. The facility is exceptionally clean, well maintained, and quite new. I have been using this US Storage location for 7 months and I am very happy with storage here. The place is clean, conveniently located, temperature is perfect inside which is important, and it is very well maintained. In addition Aubrey and Evangeline are awesome. They handle requests promptly, are really nice and are a pleasure to work with. I give this place 5 stars both in storage and the ladies that work there.

Stopped in for information on rentals. Aubree and Evangelina were so nice. They answered all my questions no matter how annoying they could have been. Facility is very clean and well maintained. Most likely going to rent a unit with them.
What a delight to deal with this storage facility (US Storage Center on Lee Road in Winter Park, FL). I moved from my previous storage unit where they continually raised the rent from about $ 100 in 2023 to over $ 300 by mid 2025. The property manager at US Storage (Evangelina Rodriquez) could not have been easier to do business with. I highly recommend this facility.
