Easy process from start to finish. Facility is nice and unit clean and spacious. Setting up rental online was fast and very straightforward. Rates are clear and not confusing like other facilities. Location on Lee Road in Winter Park was very close to college for storing furniture and misc items over summer break. Really appreciate the size guides with pictures to give an idea on what fits in each unit, very helpful to visualize space needs. Highly recommend.
Hello we moved in on 6/6/26 and had an amazing experience with booking a small storage unit , the gentleman that assisted us was very knowledgeable and helpful and walked us through the whole process and how to use the app for digital access. Also was very nice to get a follow up call a few days later from Aubrey the manager to see if we're all set . Definitely will be back again
What great customer service . I was working on a few things I needed to get into storage when I saw a new face come out the office . Aubree greeted me with a smile and asked me if everything was ok . I had a stellar experience with US Storage from start to finish. The facility is exceptionally clean, well maintained, and quite new. Stopped in for information on rentals. Aubree and Evangelina were so nice. They answered all my questions no matter how annoying they could have been. Facility is very clean and well maintained. Most likely going to rent a unit with them.
