As someone new to storage and moving overall, finding the best unit for my needs was intimidating. The on-site manager, Kim, was an absolute joy to work with throughout this process. Kim is amazing. All new stores have issues but she is on top of everything that comes along. I come daily to my unit and always get a smile and great service. Kim really is the best. Thank you for everything
The gate hours are 6am - 10pm but on random days you won’t be able to get into the gate. This happened yesterday and again today, It’s 7pm and the gate won’t open nor is anyone available to help when I call the emergency gate line. Very inconvenient and I’m very disappointed.
Customer service was great.
