The gate hours are 6am - 10pm but on random days you won’t be able to get into the gate. This happened yesterday and again today, It’s 7pm and the gate won’t open nor is anyone available to help when I call the emergency gate line. Very inconvenient and I’m very disappointed.
Booked a unit online. Process was fast & easy. I got an immediate phone call from Dan who was very helpful and informative! I'm happy to be taking care of my storage needs with this facility.
Was dealing with a lot already and when I walked in I was greeted with a smile and a very helpful young lady named Kim. She is a blessing. She informed they just opened up and if I had any issues to let her know ASAP. She was very on point and walked me through everything. Something I thought was going to be stressful was made so easy. Thank you Kim and Extra Space
