I rented a space for 7 years and my experience with the staff was A1. If I had to rent again I would. Never had or seen any type of critters in or around my rental.
I was very worried about the security of my unit because there was a lot of unnecessary traffic, but it was resolved the manager that’s on the property. He is magnificent. He is very attentive to the property. He does all the maintenance he does the cleaning. He empties out the left items in the old storage units. He works around the clock, even in the 100 degree weather. I am truly happy that I chose this location for my property to be stored
Needs cleaning appearance is not good. I could help with that alot of units no lock but items still in those units trash every were. I could help with that also.
I had a wonderful customer service on the phone the other night for renting a new larger unit. It seems they are working towards getting better at customer service and being available to their clients.
Great management, easy stress free move in and easy gate access, 24/7 access, great for my personal needs
