Kathleen is an asset to the business . Anxiety ridden about upcoming changes to my storage unit , she assured all would be taken care of . Kathleen moved swiftly and with efficiency. This place was once called Stor Safe and run by a nice family that did things right. Most of the reviews are for them and definitely not the current owners. So please consider only the most recent reviews in deciding if you want to do business with them. When the new owners took over things changed. A few months went by and out of nowhere I get a threatening letter telling me to pay my rent or they'd auction off my very expensive RV.
