Great facility! Brand new so everything smells super clean. Easy access with security embedded within. Lucy at the front desk was very helpful, kind, and transparent about how everything would go down. She took the time to show me multiple units and answered all of my questions. She also educated me on what other options I have available and all of the tools I might need to transition well into the space. Thank you! I highly recommend this place. Very disappointed with how this situation was handled. We won an auction unit at this location, arrived the same day, paid for it, and spent several hours cleaning and emptying the unit. The manager personally confirmed that the unit had been fully cleared and that all requirements had been completed. Our only request was to receive our cleaning deposit that evening, as we had already traveled approximately 70 miles to the facility and would otherwise need to make another 140-mile round trip the following day just to colle... read more
Left very happy after meeting with Daniel today! He was committed to making sure I got everything I needed. I appreciate his great attitude and efficiency. He was on top of it 100%!!
Toured the facility with a worker on a golfcart. Chose our size and location. Got a great deal on a 3 month sign up. Place is clean and shiny new.Within 3 days we had our passcode and moved in. Super friendly and easy.
