Dan and Mike could not have been more understanding and more empathetic with what I was going through with the Pods company. My pod remained in their yard for a solid week when I had promised them it would be picked up within four hours of my emptying it. Dan even spoke to the driver and told him that it needed to be picked up the same day. But all of the legwork we did to make sure that the pod was picked up did not yield any benefits. Rented here for a couple of months while my Father moved back from Florida. Clean, convenient, and staffed with really nice people. I would say it is a really good place to spend your dollars if you need to store your stuff for any length of time. Picture of my boat in a 10x20. Look how clean the unit is!

Quality service, every step of the way...from the shopping phase, to moving in, maintaining long or short term storage, and up until move out day- with compassion and class.
The staff is really nice and the storage space is clean and very easy to get to, very we kept the price is not to expensive
Fantastic Customer Service. My first time renting a Storage Unit and they made the experience so easy. Mike at the front desk sold me on their Facility over the phone and he has been even more helpful in person. He really took the time to explain the entire process and all my options. Price and new customer promotion are highly competitive to other facilities in the area. The tour showed the units to be clean and safety features are visible everywhere. Would Highly Recommend The Storage Inn. Thank You!
