⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent experience! Evan and Gio made the whole process quick and easy—I was in and out in about 20 minutes. They were kind, professional, and took the time to show me the unit and explain their temperature-controlled vehicle storage options for the summer. 🧐 The facility is clean, convenient, and only a block from my apartment, with easy access whenever I need it. This building looks unfinished. I love that there are poles in the middle of the hallways…. Just seems like a concrete box of smaller storage boxes. No one is in the office.

This is one of the most frustrating storage facilities I’ve ever used. Staff was nice. If you’re moving with a truck, be prepared for a nightmare. There is essentially no practical access for moving trucks the door height is too small and the once you’re in you have to pass a row of cars. If you’re a tractor trailer… good luck. and there is no customer parking on the street. Finding the office is confusing to find. Once you’re inside the facility, the layout feels like a maze. I struggled a bit with getting my access code to work however that was totally my own fault. Gio went above and beyond to assist me with that and literally anything else I needed or had questions about. Even before I ever made it to the property he reached out to me to check if I knew where exactly they are located, walked me threw the easiest way to get there, best parking, ect. Gio Was very helpful and very professional. He has great customer service skills. I couldn’t figure out the lock. I was given from my unit, but he came upstairs and showed me how to use it and Was very patient with me. I had questions in the answer all of them. He’s an asset to your company. Your company. As well As the other OK gentleman That was there. I didn’t catch his name.
