We set up our account online, and it was so easy. The facility is brand new, so we had lots of options for the unit we rented. I love the app, which make access to the facility easy. I also like that it's easy to add a family member to the account so that they have access. There was a small issue with the light sensor outside our unit and the staff was very helpful in getting it fixed.

This is a very convenient location and lots of open space. Fawad, the cashier at the counter, was very helpful and helped me transition into a 5 x 10 Storage spot. I recommend this spot and give them five stars.
