This is a clean, modern, and well-lit storage facility. My only frustration has been the Bluetooth locks. They can be very challenging to use and sometimes simply don't work when you try to open them. When Kim is onsite, I can always count on her to help, although she isn't always there. Ms. Kim at Extra Space Storage is the best. She helped me transition from my old unit into a larger one, and then set me up with a vehicle storage unit for my car. She's always welcoming and super friendly. 10/10 Customer service and storage experience.
Kim has had to help me several times due to my archaic knowledge of modern technology lol. Always patient and professional. Would recommend to for anyone looking for storage needs

Very convenient location in Travelers Rest. Units are clean, have electronic smart locks, and are easily accessible. Kim, the manager, was exceptionally helpful by showing me around the new facility and getting the lease details worked out upon move-in. She treats customers with respect, communicates well, and is always a great help whenever I have had any questions. Thank You!
