Extra space storage is excellent and Kim is terrific and will do everything she can to make sure that you are 100% happy with your experience in being a customer. Extra Space and Kim are the best.

This is a clean, modern, and well-lit storage facility. My only frustration has been the Bluetooth locks. They can be very challenging to use and sometimes simply don't work when you try to open them. When Kim is onsite, I can always count on her to help, although she isn't always there. She knows the facility inside and out, is incredibly responsive, professional, and always willing to help resolve any issues. Kim's outstanding customer service is what sets this facility apart. Simply the best experience I’ve had with any storage facility. It is fairly new, clean, and getting into and locking the unit is a breeze with the phone app. I have been using it for over six months and Kim, part of the management team, has been super friendly and great when I had questions and needed help. An awesome storage facility.. A +.
