I moved in today with my mom and dad and Asia was amazing . we have been going through a moving process and you know how difficult that can be. She was son personable she even showed us how to properly lock and secure our unit. She helped us with U Haul and offered to stay longer because we had issues with our code she wanted to make sure we had a smooth transition . My NCAT has used this facility for two years. The units are clean, safe, and bug free. The location is very close to the school which has been a plus. The staff has been amazing over the years. Recently I had a glitch with setting up the EZ payment and had the most delightful manager, Ann assist me. Through the midst of being busy, she was pleasant, and I felt like I could see the smile on her face through the phone. Thank you for providing amazing customer service.
Be very careful moving into this unit. Managers will make you feel welcomed and at home, find ways to beat the system to give you extra discounts just to get you moved in and take your initial fees. The manager offers all customers $50 off there second month in order to get 5-star reviews. So take these with a grain of salt!
