Be very careful moving into this unit. Managers will make you feel welcomed and at home, find ways to beat the system to give you extra discounts just to get you moved in and take your initial fees. My NCAT has used this facility for two years. The units are clean, safe, and bug free. The location is very close to the school which has been a plus. The staff has been amazing over the years. Recently I had a glitch with setting up the EZ payment and had the most delightful manager, Ann assist me. Through the midst of being busy, she was pleasant, and I felt like I could see the smile on her face through the phone. Thank you for providing amazing customer service.
