Be very careful moving into this unit. Managers will make you feel welcomed and at home, find ways to beat the system to give you extra discounts just to get you moved in and take your initial fees. The manager offers all customers $50 off there second month in order to get 5-star reviews. So take these with a grain of salt! My NCAT has used this facility for two years. The units are clean, safe, and bug free. The location is very close to the school which has been a plus. The staff has been amazing over the years. Recently I had a glitch with setting up the EZ payment and had the most delightful manager, Ann assist me. Through the midst of being busy, she was pleasant, and I felt like I could see the smile on her face through the phone. Thank you for providing amazing customer service.

I moved in yesterday and I wanted to take the time to recognize the property manager Asia for helping me and my wife find the storage we needed as well as helping us rent a truck and helping us learn how to lock our unit . She also mentioned the history and the building being made in the 1800’s I’ll tell you what it doesn’t look anything like that. Asia has been great in helping us set up everything so we can move our child in from out of state. College is already a big deal but having to pack back up is even harder.
