Your app is not working at all to allow entrance and exit to the facility. I’ve stopped directly in front of the gates each visit & each time I get at least 3 failure messages; unable to connect/not in range. I could not be any closer to the gate! I haven’t had any trouble accessing my 4 units, but am very frustrated with the entry and exit. Spoke to another customer who was also having trouble with your app, could not get in, could not get into his 4 units, and could not get out. He had to get the attendant to get him in. H... read more
