Deneese has been THE most pleasant person to talk to and handle business with. I absolutely recommend her and the safety of Lockaway anytime!!! Additionally, I also love how they provide locks upon move in 😀
What the heck is going on?!?!?! I cant get in touch with anyone! When i call it literally says there is no one available to take my call! I have 3 storages here! I was not notified they were switching companies or anything! Idk whats going on with my stuff! This is extremely unprofessional!!!! I am out of town and pissed!!!

I had the greatest experience with Denesse today, she is absolutely amazing, so kind and friendly. I met her as she came out into the storage area to clean. I called earlier in the day and spoke with her regarding my online rental , she was helpful then, and I didn't expect to run into her on-site. I'm glad I did.
