Lauren greeted me with a smile. We knew each other from several years ago. She showed me two different sizes of storage space. She’s was very pleasant and informative. I would say our time was productive.p

If I could give a 0 star I really would… I had furniture ( a sectional couch, swivel chair, ottoman, king size bed w/ box springs , and other items in the storage for 2 1/2 years may I add they furniture was nearly BRAND NEW when put into storage in 2022 I believe and here it is 2025 I went to retrieve my furniture and items to move into a home and EVERYTHING was molded& mildewed and not to mention a rodent got into my mattress!!! I paid for the insurance every month and now that I do an insurance claim they deny it because ... read more

I called the store to inquire about different units, and Destiny was incredibly sweet and knowledgeable. She patiently answered all of my questions and made the whole experience pleasant. She's truly a wonderful asset to the company. Keep up the great work!
