I would not ever recommend using LockAway Storage. We were with them for years and they literally forced us out of the unit. They gave no care how long we leased from them they went up on rent multiple times with no added features. There was no pest control, we had ants, rats, etc.
Great storage facility! Good rates, and professional staff. Just rented a unit today, and the Manager Sheila was extremely helpful! Definitely recommend!

I’ve had this storage since 2002. Donald, (very sweet loved him) was my friend at Lockaway. He took care of us. When I met Jess yesterday she was a jewel. Very pleasant young lady. I had issues with my lock and Jess helped to rectify the situation quickly. I left my storage very satisfied. Hope to see her there in the future.
We are new rentals and the customer service is very good. Very helpful on a daily basis. I would definitely recommend this storage facility. And I will use them for all my storage needs. Love thins available and the cleanliness of the unit.
