We had a 10x15 storage unit here. These are outdoor units and not climate controlled. Our first year our rate was $79. After that they double our rate to $154. I just received another rate increase notice a couple weeks ago. I also received a letter stating that I was going to be kicked out because my contract was missing, however I've been on auto pay for almost 3 years now and never missed a payment. I’ve had my storage unit here just under 2 years and Jessica has been amazing! With life being to crazy I always forget to make my payment so almost every month she calls me just to remind me that payment is due so that I can avoid a late fee. Jessica is always pleasant to talk to. They are lucky to have her.
