The facility management has definitely taken great measures to upgrade 24x7. The little lady who's been there for a few has definitely made great changes in security and customer service satisfaction. I would definitely recommend you use this facility for all your storage needs.
No 24 hour access. This place is a scam. The name is 24-7 storage and it advertises 24 hour access but does not offer it. Isn’t this some type of false advertising? Someone should start a lawsuit against them for false advertisement. They scammed me out of $150 and wouldn’t refund me even after I was told I would be refunded. Scam!!
Update: Tiffany called me the very next business day and get me all taken care of. She was very helpful! Thank you The young man who helped me do my paperwork was very polite, he also let me know that he had just taken over this storage site, so I was just as patient with him as he was with me. I chose a gate code but it didnt work, so I was given another gate code. It worked that first day and hasnt worked since. I have not been able to drive through the gate to access my unit. I was paying almost double for a storage unit in Henderson that was much bigger than I needed, and my son recommended this place (they also have a location in Henderson). you get what you pay for, no frills but it seems safe and secure behind the gate, i have no complaints. would recommend.
