My wife and I have rented at the Public Storage for one year without any issues or complaints. The hallways have always been clean and furthermore the staff have always been helpful. In particular, Ms. Casondra took plenty of her time to help us tour the location and find a storage space that was right for us when we needed to upgrade. We truly appreciate her and her guidance!
I would not recommend getting a unit here. They constantly go up on their prices just about every month. They leave the gates wide open. There are homeless people constantly walking through the gates area. Plus every time I need to go inside to speak with someone they are never there or never really answer the phone. One time the lady at the store threaten to restrict my privileges to access my storage because I came “after hours” all the while the gate was wide open!
Casandra was so amazing! I won auction units at 2 location, and it's christmas eve. She had a ton of stuff to deal with and she still was so patient and so friendly. Definitely a great attitude! I highly recommend this facility based on my interactions with Casandra! Great experience overall.
Worse storage place ever. There has been no one working there for 3 days so far. Both gates are wide open and the elevators don't work so I cannot get upstairs to my things. I sell bathroom fixtures and have lost several sales because there is no one on the property to let people access their things. It's a bad area and nothing is secured except the upstairs units. I don't recommend this place at all!

Her dedication & professionalism exceeds hospitality & assurance of quality provided thru the resources available whether online or in the on-site office. She gives details on renting with them which makes the decision much easier & your storing process. Thank you for keeping the facility clean & safe Casondra.
