If you need consistent access to your belongings, look elsewhere. This facility has major maintenance issues—specifically with the front gate—that result in the entire building being inaccessible. 4 times within the year this happened! Management: Non-existent. No one is ever in the office. Communication: Zero. They do not return calls or acknowledge complaints. Accountability: None. I highly recommend this storage facility because it is clean and secure. Miangel will explain all the available promotions and help find the best storage unit for you.
When I first started renting here, I never had any issues. Even if I was a day or two late or paid monthly with a late fee, I still had access to my unit without any problems. Since the new management took over, that has completely changed. Now, if you’re even one or two days late, they immediately lock your storage unit so you can’t access your belongings. Angelic is super nice she was very helpful and knowledgeable of all aspects of rentals and showed me all my options and let me decide no pressure. I recommend this facility to my friends.
