Today I went to simply storage to possibly rent a second unit… And was greeted with a smile and professionalism… The Property is well kept and very clean. The manager Doreen is very very sweet and nice and goes out of her way to accommodate her customers. I will definitely recommend this facility.
Doreen at simply storage went above and beyond with her customer service. We arrived late on a Sunday evening to a unit that had a half door. Our equipment going into the unit would not fit through this door. We were panicked. She quickly amended the situation and moved us to a better unit on the spot. She was in fact not working and did this on her time off. I cannot tell you the trouble she saved us with a ready lifting crew, a truck rental and deadline. Only ended up using a unit for a month but experience was great. The people in the office were super easy to work with and had no issues moving my stuff out and ending my unit. Just gave them a quick call and they took my card out of the system. Everything is clean and reliable I would definitely recommend it to anyone in the area that needs somewhere to store your property. The gated fences make it a nice safe clean space to use and you cant beat the price either.
I can’t say enough good/GREAT things about my experience with Simply Storage. I have had several storage units over the years. The manager here ( Doreen ) has been THE BEST. She really helped me every step of the way.
