Tower Mill Storage was like a breath of fresh-air. I was having security concerns at my previous storage facility which was full of traffic, all the time. And kind of run-down. People were living in the facility it seemed on every floor. And their one biggest selling feature that caught my eye (the cameras everywhere) turned out to be that only 1 out of the 50 something cameras worked and it was of the outside of the building. Great place. Outside units for drive up a bit expensive but the staff is incredible and will get you moved in quick

Gill did a fabulous job showing and renting my unit. It was late in her workday and I wasn't the first in line, but she handled the situation with complete mastery over her role. Welcoming, knowledgeable, helpful, thorough, patient and joyful in the discharge of her duties, Gill's demeanor elevated what in most cases proves a tedious experience into an unexpected delight. I'm so happy to have found a facility with so accommodating a staff.

Great place it’s clean convince and the staff is great, I started with a large unit but I ended up removing quite a bit the staff worked with me and I got a smaller unit ( but still large enough for my stuff) and saved more than half and I’ve been there for 3 years now and they have never increased the rent.

My first time ever having to use a storage unit and the staff here has been so pleasant & helpful, the property is very clean! Would highly recommend!
