We stored my son's college stuff here over the summer. Rental was quick and easy online and pickup and rental close-out was simple as well. His stuff was protected and everything was safe when picked up. Process was simple! And the staff was very helpful and pleasant. All around a great experience. A little further away from campus came with a lower cost - and there are plenty of stores around as needed too.
Lovely transition over from U-Haul who kept raising my prices way too much. The manager Deloris that helped me get in was such a sweet heart! So helped me with things I couldn’t figure out online and was just the sweetest happiest person to encounter. Some of the best customer service I’ve had! She really knows how to do her job well!
Great storage facility. I had stored my items for over a year while I was working out of state and when I came back to remove my items all my items were just as I had left them. There was no spiders nothing. It was just beautiful. Multiple rate increases in the short time I’ve been with them. I’m about $200/mo for a medium sized storage area. The rate increases were significant Update: 5/19/2025 After receiving the comment from the owner to reach out and discuss the rate increases, I did reach out. They were kind enough to point out if I wasn’t happy with the rate increases that I can cancel my unit and go elsewhere.
