After years of staying with this storage business, their hefty annual price increases, and their lack of urgency to fix the a\c to be an appropriate “temperature/climate controlled” facility (which they just said is 82 degrees but feels like over 90), WE’RE DONE. We pay top dollar for the convenience of storing in a comfortable environment in hopes that we work through our stuff when we have the opportunity but instead have to take extension cords and fans if we need to be in there more than thirty minutes working before swe... read more
James is truly the best property manager I’ve ever worked with! From day one, he has showcased an incredible level of professionalism and dedication. The property is spotless and exceptionally well-maintained—it’s undoubtedly the cleanest I’ve ever seen! The staff is friendly and always ready to assist with any concerns. The most unresponsive and careless staff. I have asked for them to replace the lightbulb in my unit 6 times. They have lied all 6 times telling me "it will be don't this week". I have talked to every person that works there and they are all the same. They simply don't care about customers. I don't want to go through the trouble of moving all my things to another place and of course they know that. Once you are in there your captive.
