Amanda was great!! Great customer service; she explained everything I needed to know & answered all of my questions. Nice facility..love the climate controlled unit.. great experience overall; will definitely recommend to others.
When we arrived at our storage unit, we found that the company put the wrong lock on our unit so we were unable to move our furniture in. No one would answer the phones for about an hour. Once we finally got through to someone, we were told someone would call us back to come get the lock off in 15 minutes, but no one ever called back or came.
