We've used them for 5 years without issues. They've even done upgrades to make the facility even more secure. Reasonable price changes that are explained but if needs be management has been great to work with. We had a wonderful experience with manger Mr. Gary Smith. Not the cheapest but the quality was outstanding. Think Publix compared to Kroger.
Have worked with Gary (on-site manager) since September 2025. He is very knowledgeable and understanding to my individual needs. He is a great resource to depend on. He has met all of my customer service needs thus far.
We have had a storage unit at the Cumming location, on Ronald Reagan Blvd, for several years and recently added a second unit. Whenever we go in we are impressed by how clean and well maintained the facility is. They take ‘climate controlled’ seriously - it is always very comfortable inside the building, whatever the season.
