With the change over to new ownership, I went in to update my contact information and automatic payment account. Lauren, the manager, was very friendly and walked me thorough the process and assisted me with updating my information. All this was done very easily and efficiently, so that I was in and out in about 5 minutes. I would highly recommend Extra Space Storage to anyone who has additional storage needs.

Happy to say my first impression of the staff at the new Extra Space, formerly Mowry U-stor, is great. Long-time renter at the site here, first time to interact with the new team. Handling some issues over the phone, office staff were really helpful, competent and accommodating in getting me squared away with some of the changes and a few things coming with new management. And it's most appreciated when one is out of town for a bit to have things go smoothly like that, thank you.
