I must share that I was very impressed. I was lucky to have my locker just steps away from the elevator — yaay!! When I opened the door, the little package presentation felt so pleasing, and seeing the lock inside made me feel gifted. The fact that the lock package was already cut open so I could access it with ease was very, very thoughtful. The facility was clean, access was easy, and thank you for having the dolly available. I didn’t realize I needed it until I arrived. Thanks again for such a smooth and thoughtful exp... read more
The rental process was very easy to sign up online and we were able to complete the rental process completely online. There were staff members onsite to show us around and answer questions. Lee is a superb agent in the front office. I could not ask for a better introduction to complete the storage application. I would not rate the facility as 5 stars because of the steep hallways (not flat) in some areas and one of the elevators did not work. This specific location is set up weird and therefore only 3-4 stars, but the service is great!
Had a wonderful experience while moving out with Lee in the front office that made the whole time using this storage facility incredibly worth it. An Incredibly kind and patient woman who helped me with having some of my leftover appliances picked up by a donation facility as I was no longer in the state to manage that. She was incredibly helpful with handling my unit charges and helping me get things set up. Would definitely recommend!
Ms Sonya welcomed me and gave me a tour of the facility. She made sure my access code works, showed me the easiest route to get to my unit, and showed me how to use the door lock properly. She keeps the building clean and the office organized. It’s the nicest looking storage facility I’ve ever used- the doors aren’t dented up, the paint still looks mostly new, and there’s no odor. We will definitely use the CubeSmart on Jonestown Rd WS in future for our storage needs because of Ms Sonya’s beautiful personality and excellent ... read more
