Teresa was a great representative. She helped me to get settled and a storage unit with a very good price. I will recommend this to anybody.
Teresa and Gary at Just Storage have been a tremendous help. They’ve always been kind, professional, and willing to assist whenever I needed anything. Their customer service made a stressful process much easier, and I truly appreciate their patience and support. Thank you both!
This place is amazing. The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. My lock wouldn’t open and Gary and Teresa sawed my lock open for me. They are caring and I was so happy to store my items there. Inside was extremely clean and well lit. Easy access to both inside and outside storage! Great facility.
Best place to store Downriver. Plenty of parking and loading/unloading space. Competitive rates and Teresa and Gary have taken such wonderful care of us. I appreciate that they reach out before a fee hits if I forget to make my payment. Thanks for looking out!
Thank you for making the process of getting the right size storage unit for our needs! Teresa was so kind and helpful with explaining everything we needed to know and helping us through the process of renting out the unit. It’s close to where we are moving and we feel confident in the safety standard practice in place there at this facility in Southgate. Please make JustStorage in Southgate your place to store your valuables with peace of mind they will be safe! Thank you again
