Exceptionally clean and easy to access facility located in the same area as multiple fast food restaurants for convenience. The door codes were easy and the facility has loading bay fans that were not running but it was not hot. The trolleys are newer and there are plenty of them as well! Elevators are large and ceilings are high in both the hallways and the elevators. Great and secure feeling space. Event the unit roll top doors are smooth and new feeling.
Prime Storage at Westlake is brand new and 3 minutes from me. The location seems perfect. Candice showed me around to see the different size units on different floors. She reserved a unit with online discount rate and first month free at a different location near me. She was so helpful and kind in assisting her customer even though it is not at her location. Candice is wonderful!
Candice was a fresh of breath air. I and to get a storage unit last minute to store some furniture for a client and she walked me through all the sizes to ensure all the furniture would fit. She did it all with a smile on her face. Will be doing all future transactions with her!
I was in there about a little while and the young lady at the counter has a good repore with customers. I witnessed a customer laying into her ( being disgruntled) and she keeps her cool. I want to applaud her for that. Often times you see the consumer acting up along with the customer but it was refreshing to not see this happen. Good job young lady 😊
Westlake,fl. Candice was excellent all the time. Very professional and cover our expectations at 150%. She has always been with the answer ready and makes us feel super good everytime we get in contact with her.
