I dealt with Cortez at the Homer Glen store and he was absolutely amazing to deal with. I wanted to change the first unit I had with an indoor unit and he took care of it for me without issue. He made the whole process so easy for me, all I had to do was put my stuff in storage. Thanks Cortez
The manager is very nice and knowledgeable. I was interested in a unit, so he walked me through the property, and he also explained the process and pricing. Highly recommended coming here!

If I could give Zero stars I would. Absolutely disgraceful. This place lured us in at $120/month — which, in hindsight, should have been a red flag considering how run-down it was, with potholes everywhere and clear signs of neglect. But we prioritized price at the time. Big mistake. Within three months, they jacked the price up to $202/month. By the end of the year? $276. For what, exactly?
