Ms. Tenica’s is amazing Lady she’s understanding and a great listener. I asked a lot of questions and she answered them all even when I thought they were a little silly, she stayed professional. I will definitely be back when I’m ready to store. She made the process easy and comfortable.
As a customer I don't care to be forced to purchase products and services, I've never been put in this situation at other companies that I've used in the past, the pricing was attractive,
had such a great experience with Tenica. She was professional, kind and really took her time to make sure I left happy
I would give zero stars if I could. I complained for months that vacant until we're unlocked. I was told it was against their policy. Got to my unit to find it broken into through the vacant unit next to mine. Told I was out of luck. Filed a report with Frankfort Police and was told they have had several break ins all from adjacent vacant units. Beware!!
This an Excellent facility , staff is polite and generous , If ask a question , It is explain very well, i would recommend everyone to this facility also very clean ,
