Best storage facility in town. Staff is knowledgeable and professional. They also have the best deals on storage units in the area. Trust me, I searched and found this GEM of a place. I got a great deal on a 10x20 drive-up unit that I have been reluctantly trying to keep because of convenience and price... 😅 The storage facility is gated and also has 24 hour security. Safe and peaceful storage facility.
We love this place. We’ve had our staff here for over three years and it’s always been safe. We’ve been through three different property managers and all have been great. Price has gone up over the years but very small amounts. I would recommend to others.
Tried to leave this horrible place today and encountered two nasty employees. They said I had strange charges on my account and wouldn't give me anything in writing. They wanted to "call me later about it". This company had a broken elevator for weeks, nobody can get the right key for the crap carts and they are very rude. Is this place really a legit business? Our experience at Extra Storage at 2797 Scott Blvd. in Santa Clara CA has been very good. The staff (including current manager Beverly) has always gone out of their way to make sure our storage and moving needs go as smoothly as possible. Their pricing is quite reasonable, and they are always offering specials. I highly recommend them!
All around great place. Fair pricing, strong security, solid promotions, and grounded staff. Beverly in particular is consistent and sharp. She goes above and beyond with exceptional service. She’s the kind of person who makes you feel like your business actually matters
