If I could give 0 stars I would. As a student, I purchased my first pair of expensive glasses from the Eyecare Group 3 months ago. To start, during my appointment to get them sized the receptionist was clueless. Not only did she have me waiting while she helped three people who walked in during my appointment, but my glasses were so large they were falling off my face. First time , and definitely the last time I will walk into this store. Was greeting by an older blonde woman , who basically bashed another company ( no idea why she would ). Upon coming in and asking for Oakley sunglasses , she stated they had minimal stock and only had one pair to show me . I like this optics. Friendly staff. They will always help and advise. They even make contact through a translator on their phone. . I have already bought 2 pairs of glasses for vision correction, and one of them is sunglasses with vision correction. No more squinting in the sun. I like it 😉
A nice place with good customer service, cute doctors and nurses. But I paid 120 dollars and I think my insurance covered the rest of it. But you are also allowed to pay half half which is a good thing. So yeah overall it’s a lovely place
I highly recommend this business. They were incredibly welcoming and compassionate for my anxiety. They offered a kind of eye test for my alignment that no other dr had and found what many other dr missed. I needed neurolenses for an eye alignment issue. I have lived with horrible headaches and eye strain for 8 years and they gave me the fix. Having them for only 3 days i got relief from my pain. Having them for a week or so i have had 0 headaches.
