Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Dr Consigli listens attentively and she performed a thorough exam. Very easy to get or change an appointment. The office is clean with state of the art equipment. Their selection of glasses are fine but the prices are a little higher than discount department stores or online services, but you don’t get the polite professional service from the technicians. I would recommend them to my family and friends
I was pleasantly surprised with Eyes on Plainville from the moment I stepped in the door. Everyone was extremely friendly and kind. The experience was fantastic. I would highly recommend you make an appointment and enjoy the experience. Prices were reasonable too.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Gaan for years and every visit is exceptional. Her staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and everyone is SO helpful when I have questions. Plus it’s one of the cutest offices- it doesn’t feel stuffy or clinical, and the range of frames they offer for glasses is unreal! So stylish, so many different price points and tons of customization. I’ll never go anywhere else!
Dr. Gann and her technician were so reassuring when I had the light and heat therapy for my dry eyes. They answered all my questions and put me at ease. The treatment was soothing and I feel that I’m on my way to relief. The staff are all wonderful and I would highly recommend everyone!!
I was a walk in not a regular patient. I Had a folded thin contact stuck under the far corner of my eyelid. I was seen within 5 minutes by Dr. Sabrina Gaan. She removed it promptly. While I was there she suggested a therapy to help my dry eyes. Very pleased with her and cheerful workers there.
