Mayra is amazing at EZ appliance Repair. The communication was excellent. I knew exactly what the process was at all times. Ed the technician was kind and knowledgeable. They had to order a part but will be back within 48 hours to finish the job. I have know doubt I will be sending a second 5 star review. I am so grateful.
I don’t usually leave reviews but what an amazing company this is! Some places give you a discount for a 5 star review which completely messes up the honest review practice. This company didn’t even mention reviews during their service. There is a reasonable initial fee for them to come out and diagnose the problem. Then they give you a repair quote that includes parts and labor. If you move forward with the repairs, that initial fee comes off the repair total.
