My account wasn’t close until almost a month after I was out so I was getting emails saying I was locked out and that I owed well over $200. Overall the people here are very nice and will help you with anything!
Did great was easy to use
The unit was clean and fine. Upon canceling i received non stop emails about being delinquent in payments and I spoke with a manager and they promised me it was done and nothing was owed but then continued to email me and demand payment. I rested to cancel back in December and I am still getting emails. Now I get this request for a review and I am sorry to say I can't give a good one. The rental experience was great but the canceling process was ridiculous and I paid them when I wasn't even using the unit with zero refund. R... read more
