Place is a rip off. They raise the rent each year with no notice. I know I will be removing my stuff here in the next few months. Do not go here. I feel after 4.5 years they would respect you more.
Be very careful with this place. Extremely overpriced. I recommend Bursca Self Storage in Bridgeville for 1/2 the price. Sanda and Alex are both up selling crooks. They will tell you one thing and then act in the opposite direction; As in, you don't need to have 10 days written notice before cancelling your agreement, just come on in before month end and cancel then. The catch, when you head in at month end and you are ready to cancel lease, they will advise you, "PER CONTRACT LANGUAGE" you did not file a formal 10 day notic... read more
