I had a dental emergency and the ease of getting a same day appointment saved me a lot of pain. The front desk staff was polite and prompt. The hygienist was friendly and kept me updated. The oral surgeon was wonderful. She extracted my molar very quickly and without any pain at all. She explained any pressure I might feel and what she was doing from the numbing to the end. Unfortunately, I never got past the person who answers the phone. I called them because I was treated there before and remembered having such a great experience. My current dentist did not refer them but I reached out to Face 2 Face based on my past and experience. I was rebuffed multiple times by the person who answered the phone. - She told me it would be best to get a referral. The professional staff at Face2face are amazing. They are patience and kind to those with special needs. Their knowledgeable staff address all and any concerns before you start. Dr. Robin Gallardi removed my wisdom teeth under sedation. From the morning of surgery to post surgery everything went smoothly with no complications. She was very informative and efficient. Seeing all of her credentials in the office made me feel very comfortable and her work definitely shows for it! She answered all questions and made sure I was ready for my surgery. Would recommend Dr.Gallardi to anyone who needs any oral surgery done.
I was very happy with everyone who took care of me. My visit was professional and I felt relaxed and not nervous getting my crack tooth pulled. Thank you all for my 1st time visit was great!
