I was having issues with the pontoon I recently bought. Stopped in and asked a couple questions, rather than just sell me the part I had convinced myself was the problem, the gentleman behind the counter listened to the issues and symptoms and told me what the problem was. I went home took the carburetor apart and it was exactly what he told me it was. Thank you for listening and your knowledge and not just making a sale. I will recommend you to everyone I know that owns a boat.
I bought my MB from here and Jason has been nothing but the awesome to work with! If you’re in the market for a surf boat I highly recommend considering Faction. The post purchase experience has been great as well. Jason knows what he’s doing and will help lead you in the right direction. Make sure you check them out before you commit anywhere else.
Jason and Shaun went the extra mile to get a replacement prop for me over the 4th of July weekend to save our family vacation! This place has outstanding customer service before and after the sale. I would highly recommend them to anybody with a wakeboard or surf boat.
We have worked with Jason for years. Cannot say enough good things about him! His knowledge in in regards to surf boats is the best in field. Throw in the fact that he is always trying to meet the customers needs, I wouldn't go elsewhere! I recommend if you are interested in a surf boat to not shop anywhere else!
Purchased our first boat from Faction and are now loyal customers for life. Jason and James are awesome and were incredibly helpful every step of the way. James gave us honest opinions and information and wasn't pushy at all -- we knew he just wanted us to absolutely LOVE our boat. (And as a pro-wakesurfer, he knows his stuff.) The customer service was excellent and almost 3 years later, we still receive great support from Jason and James. We are VERY satisfied customers and cannot recommend faction enough!
