Jason and Shaun went the extra mile to get a replacement prop for me over the 4th of July weekend to save our family vacation! This place has outstanding customer service before and after the sale. I would highly recommend them to anybody with a wakeboard or surf boat.
Jason and his son Cade traveled up to Gull Lake and gave us an awesome day of wake surfing. Both provided outstanding instruction to our group and got everyone surfing. Those who had surfed previously got a lot better with their help. Cade was able to ride tandem with two of our younger surfers. I cannot say enough about their knowledge of the sport and patience. We will definitely do it again.
I was having issues with the pontoon I recently bought. Stopped in and asked a couple questions, rather than just sell me the part I had convinced myself was the problem, the gentleman behind the counter listened to the issues and symptoms and told me what the problem was. I went home took the carburetor apart and it was exactly what he told me it was. Thank you for listening and your knowledge and not just making a sale. I will recommend you to everyone I know that owns a boat.
I bought my MB from here and Jason has been nothing but the awesome to work with! If you’re in the market for a surf boat I highly recommend considering Faction. Purchased our first boat from Faction and are now loyal customers for life. Jason and James are awesome and were incredibly helpful every step of the way. James gave us honest opinions and information and wasn't pushy at all -- we knew he just wanted us to absolutely LOVE our boat. (And as a pro-wakesurfer, he knows his stuff.) The customer service was excellent and almost 3 years later, we still receive great support from Jason and James. We are VERY satisfied customers and cannot recommend faction enough!
