In 2004, Richard Ure, a resident of Erda, put his over thirty years of floor covering experience and expertise to work by starting Factory Flooring Design Center. The first days of the business were spent selling carpeting and other products out of a construction trailer in the parking lot where he was also managing the construction of the new business’ home. Jay is a miracle man if he can’t do it no one can! I recently decided to get new carpet. I invested in a big box store estimate because they advertised a HUGE sale.
